This Feminine Leadership Empowerment programme will develop knowledge and skills on utilizing your female energy to the fullest in order to reach desired

DAY 3:
• Emotional Intelligence & Spiritual Awareness
• Power of the brain & mind
• Productivity, efficiency & energy
• Effective Delegation

DAY 4:
• Change Management
• Recruit, select & retain
• Building credibility as a leader & a mentor
• Implement leadership theories

DAY 5:
1 day feedback/assignments (OPTIONAL)

TARGET AUDIENCE
• Women who want to develop and improve good leadership skills and
implement these skills to lead people to perform to their best
• Women in leadership positions or developing into a position of leadership

PURPOSE
• To equip female leaders with knowledge and skills to gain a better understanding of the concepts of leadership skills
• To expand leadership abilities within individuals or teams

After completion of the FEMININE LEADERSHIP SKILLS training course the delegates will be able to:

• 1/2/3/4 days interactive workshops
• 1 day feedback/assignments (OPTIONAL)

PRESENTATION STYLE
Highly interactive and participative facilitation methods and techniques to enable delegates to gain experiential learning through lecture presentations, group work, role plays and case studies

RESOURCE REQUIREMENTS
• The workshop will take place at the client’s premises or at a venue mutually selected by the relevant representatives
• Venue requirements: Board room/Training Room with tables, chairs and water on the tables
• Learning aids requirements: Whiteboard and/or flipchart with pens, data projector

ASSESSMENT METHODS
• Knowledge assessment: Both written and verbal assignments during the learning programme/workshops
• Competence assessment: Assignment to be completed and returned to the facilitator for evaluation and feedback to assess applicable skills & knowledge. (OPTIONAL)
